How are caregivers accountable for their work?
Our caregivers are required to call in on arrival and departure so we can track the times. They are also required to do weekly care notes that are signed off by our RN. Supervision visits by our nurse are frequently done to observe and evaluate the caregiver.

Yes! We can provide personal care or companion care at a minimum of 4 hours 3 days per week.

How much does home care cost? Do you accept insurance?
Home care costs vary depending on the service required. Our hourly fees range depending on individual care needed and we offer flat rates for live-in care. We will send you an invoice weekly when payment is due for services rendered. We gladly accept checks, electronic payments, Amex, MC and Visa. If you have long term care insurance, you can be reimbursed for home care costs depending on your plan. We can provide the documentation needed. If you are entitled to VA benefits, you can receive up to $2,000.00 per month for home care needs. http://www.veteransaidbenefit.org/

Yes! It is meant to provide a clear understanding of what is expected. It does not lock you in for any period of time. You can cancel our services within 24-48 hour notice.
