ANNEMARIE DEDOMENICO, RN - DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Our compassionate and dedicated registered nurse oversees all of our client cases. AnneMarie performs all assessments and prepares a care plan based on the individual needs. In addition, she visits each client and/or family to promote health and wellness. AnneMarie began her medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician. From there, she was employed as a medical assistant for a prominent Dermatologist and Cosmetic surgeon for 15 years. Most recent, she spent several years as director of nursing for a local home health care agency. Although her passion for geriatrics originated in a physician’s office, it became evident when taking care of her ill father. For 10 plus years she assisted her mother with his care while going to school and caring for her 2 children. With the help of homecare, the remaining years of his life were spent in the comfort of his home surrounded by loved ones. A Phi Theta Kappa international honor society member, AnneMarie obtained her Nursing degree from Brookdale Community College. While in school she remained on the dean’s list and graduated with a 3.9 GPA. She resides in Freehold, NJ with her husband and two children. Her active membership in the community is focused on supporting youth sports. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
SANDRA DORSEY- LAWRENCE - DIRECTOR OF STAFFING
Sandra and her family moved to Monmouth County in 2001. She began working at a local Community Health Center. While her job title was Front Desk Lead Coordinator, she provided much more to the staff and patients. It was then that she realized that helping others was her passion. As a result of her impeccable organization skills, the front desk was consistently complimented by upper management and patients who visited the center. Sandra was known for her kind words and being able to make the patients feel comfortable even in the worst situations. She also held a position as a Staffing Coordinator with a local Home Health Care Agency and is a Licensed Sponsor for DDD (State of NJ Department of Developmental Disabilities.) Sandra is well-known in her community as an active member of her church where she serves as the President of the Youth Ministry. Sandra is married and a mother of two sons Jaliyl & Gerard Jr. and two step daughters Kadejah & Kendra. Sandra strives for a life creating memories, laughter & love with her family.
